Naturhelix Ear Candles
These wonderful ear candles have been manufactured in Hungary since 2003 and they are available for the first time in New Zealand.
The entire manufacturing process is carried out by hand in a clean, bright environment using purely natural ingredients such as cotton, organic beeswax, pure essential oils and dyes from natural sources such as carotene, chlorophyll, beet juice etc.
The ear candles meet stringent safety standards and are recommended by Mary Dagleish and Lesley Hart, authors of the book Ear Candling in Essence.
Safety
An important safety feature of all Naturhelix products is a gauze filter at the bottom, preventing residue from falling down onto the skin or into the ear. The gauze cloth is fixed to the candle with a ring that is made from the same material as the candle. They also include a safety marker line indicating when to remove the candles from the ear and a flameproof protective disc.
The Naturhelix ear candles are hollow, cone-shaped devices made from cotton linen dripped into a beeswax mixture. Naturhelix Ear Candles are handmade with organic beeswax and pure essential oils.
According to therapists the actual handwork and the helix shape strengthen the candle's beneficial bioenergetic effect.
How do ear candles work?
During burning, the ear candle produces a slight vacuum and heath, which improves blood circulation to have a beneficial effect on the ear, nose and throat area. It helps to relieve cavities which are blocked due to infections and various diseases. The ear candle also helps to loosen compacted ear wax.
The ear candle will also stimulate the acupuncture points located in and around the eardrum which are hard to reach in any other way. According to naturopathic and bioenergetic practitioners, ear candling has a good influence on the clients' bioenergetic system.
